JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Service Advisor
Location: Hattiban
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Qualifications | Skills
- Greet customers, understand their service requirements and accurately record complaints in job cards.
- Provide professional advice on necessary maintenance or repairs and share cost and time estimates.
- Coordinate with workshop, technicians, and parts departments to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Keep customers informed about job progress, delays or additional repair needs.
- Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery and explain completed work and billing details.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and update customer and vehicle records regularly
