Position: PDI Head – 4W
Location: Bagdol/ Hattiban
Qualifications | Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2years in a supervisory or PDI role.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and quality inspection procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and DMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the entire Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer and company quality standards.
- Oversee the PDI team’s daily operations, ensuring timely inspection and delivery readiness of all vehicles.
- Identify and resolve any vehicle defects, damages or quality issues before delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with the Sales, Logistics and Workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate PDI documentation, inspection records and performance reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment and workplace safety within the PDI area.
- Train and guide PDI staff to uphold inspection standards and improve operational efficiency.
