Right4Children is looking for dynamic, qualified, and experienced individuals for the following positions to be a part of the Right4Children core team.
Position: Finance Manager

Location: Pokhara
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with minimum 7 years in medium to large organisation, with experience in managing overall finance and accounting; office management and business administration; Experience in I/NGO and corporate house is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to R4C financial policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and regular reports for management and donors.
- Oversee cash flow, fund management, payments, and reconciliations.
- Supervise and support the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial work.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and risk management.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, donors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Contribute to organizational strategy as part of the senior management team.
Salary and Benefits:
Remuneration will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate as per the organizational policy.
