Position: Data Center Technical In-charge
Location: CGIP, Nawalpur, Gandaki
Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor Degree in IT from recognized institution.
- Knowledge of Data Center Operations, including standards procedures and reporting is essential.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Data Center Technician with IT degree or 4-5 years relevant experience in similar position, preferably in the ISP, Telecommunications or Technology industry.
- Proven Success in sales management and strong operational skills

- A Data Center Technical In-charge is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all critical infrastructure systems—including power, cooling, fiber, and IT hardware—within a data center.
- Monitor and manage all critical systems: UPS, DG sets, transformers, switchgear, HVAC, and fire suppression.
- Ensure 24/7 uptime of power and cooling systems through preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage fiber and network cabling, including patching, labeling, and troubleshooting.
- Manage diesel generator operations, fuel management, and load testing schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on uptime, incidents, energy consumption, and maintenance activities.
