Position: Sr. Officer – Network Engineer
Job Level: Mid level
Number of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 4+ Years of relevant experience in network operations or network engineering.
Contract of Employment: Full-time

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall network performance, including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve network issues within defined SLAs.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for escalated network-related problems.
- Configure and install various network devices and services as required.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation of network configurations, processes, and infrastructure changes as per SOP.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and clients for issue resolution.
- Maintain Network KPIs and KRAs in alignment with company targets.
- Conduct field visits (IV/OV) as needed.
- Work in rotational shifts and remain available for emergency on-call duties.
