Position: Sales Incharge – Vehicle Sales

Location: Itahari Branch
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in vehicle sales (lead or supervisory role preferred)
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the automobile market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets for vehicle sales
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct market analysis and implement effective sales strategies
Manage inventory and coordinate with the service team
