JOB OPPORTUNITY
Empowering Women of Nepal (EWN), a local grassroots organization based in Pokhara, is seeking a qualified individual to join the EWN’s Project as an Exchange Participant for the year 2026. The project focuses on empowering and educating communities through tourism and entrepreneurial development.
POSITION: Tourism Instructor
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
LOCATION: Pokhara and other assigned field locations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct training, workshops, seminars, and practical sessions to enhance tourism skills
- Develop training modules and learning materials
- Facilitate community engagement and outreach activities
- Support entrepreneurship related activities within the community
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
*Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree* - Previous experience in the tourism sector is encouraged
- Strong understanding of responsible tourism principles, practices, and current trends
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-cultural environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
- Fluent in English
- Age: 18–35 years
