Position: Public Relation Manager
Location : Kathmandu Nepal
Qualification : Master/Graduate on Finance / Law /Other
Experience : At least 10 years experience in Public and government relation especially in Industry- Commerce/Export/Mining/Labour/ etc. departments/ Industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government Relations: Manage relationships with local, regional, and national government authorities, mining regulators, and commerce bodies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and policies.
- Labor Relations: Act as the point of contact for labor unions and employee representative bodies, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and labor regulations.
- Regulatory Affairs: Monitor and interpret government regulations, labor laws, and environmental standards, providing insights to senior management and guiding compliance strategies.
- Crisis Communications: Lead public relations strategies during crises or issues related to labor disputes, environmental concerns, or regulatory investigations, ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated.
- Public Relations: Develop and execute media strategies, including press releases, media briefings, and public statements, aimed at enhancing the company’s image within the industry.
