Narayani Development Bank Ltd., a Regional Level Development Bank having its Central Office at Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10, Chitwan, Nepal, invites applications from highly competent, self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens who have a passion to excel in the banking industry for the following positions at its Central Office, Chitwan:

1. Risk Department -Chief Risk Officer
Position Level: Officer Level
Required No. : 1

General Requirements

  •  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from a recognized University. Candidates having CA / Semi-CA/ACCA qualification will be given preference.
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience, currently working in at least one level lower position in any Bank or Financial Institution (BFI).
  •  Sound knowledge of NRB Directives, Banking Operations and Risk Assessment (Operational, Credit Overall Banking Risk).
  •  Age: Not exceeding 40 years as of 3rd December, 2025.

1. Planning and Development Department-Officer

Position Level: Supervisor – Officer Level

Required No. : 1

General Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, CA, Semi-CA/ACCA qualification will be given preference.
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial institutions at similar department.
  •  Proven experience in Strategic Leadership, Planning, Strong Analytical Capacity, Project Management, Policy Formulation /Development, Development Initiatives, Business Analysis and Institutional Strengthening.
  •  Strong understanding of Nepalese banking regulations, NRB Directives, and Industry trends Banking
  •  Operations and Risk Assessment (Operational, Credit & Overall Banking Risk)..
  •  Excellent Leadership, Communication and Analytical Skills.
  •  Age: Not exceeding 35 years as of 3rd December, 2025.
