Qualification: M.Tech Qualified / B.Tech with 2 years experience
Experience: Experience in food product development or R&D in a confectionery and dairy industry is preferred.
Location: Pokhara
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of ingredients functionality, and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000).
- Statistical and Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and product development software/tools.
