Position: Business Development Executive
Locations: Lalitpur, Bhairahawa
Qualification: Bachelors in Business Studies/Administration
Experience: 2-3 years in a Sales & Marketing Field
Job Responsibilities
Business Growth:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, and corporate.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Promote the full range of pathology services offered by the lab.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the lab’s services.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for large-scale corporate clients or institutions.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to tailor services to meet client demands.
Sales Reporting & Targets:
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the lab’s services.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
