This role officers hands-on exposure in new store openings, merchandising support, planogram execution, and cross-fictional coordination across multiple store locations and departments

You Will:

Support new store openings and remodeling by assisting the Planogram team with display arrangement, stock refilling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety
Assist the Marketing team leaflet distribution and customer surveys during new store opening
Support store teams with decoration activities for new store opening
Be flexible to work on-site and travel to different locations across Nepal as required during store openings

Job Specification:

Education & Qualifications: Minimum +2 graduate
Experience: Freshers encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to work effectively in a team and drive sales through clear communication
Customer-oriented with proactive communication skills
Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Strong coordination skills with Purchase, Marketing, and Finance departments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business correspondence
Demonstrates leadership qualities, is a team player, and eager to learn
‘Good command of English, both written and spoken

Mandatory Requirement: A valid driving license with personal vehicle
Timing: Flexibility to work in all the assigned shifts, including

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
9:00 AM- 5:00 PM
10:AM – 6:: PM

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel on a weekly basis between assigned store locations
