Job Description
- Promote and sell MAK Lubricants to retailers, workshops, distributors, and fleet customers
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Visit market regularly, take orders, and ensure proper product availability
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals
- Demonstrate product benefits and handle customer queries
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure proper branding, visibility, and merchandising in the market
- Prepare basic sales reports and coordinate with the office team
Job Specifications
- Graduates in management OR Intermediate with 1 year of experience
- Knowledge and expertise in sales function
- Routine problem solving
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
