Position: Procurement Officer
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field
Job Description:
- Obtain price quotations and negotiate terms and conditions
- Maintain a comprehensive supplier database
- Familiarity with the banking transactions (LC/TTDAP/CAD/Credit Terms) and customer clearance procedure
- Assist in creation and processing of purchase orders
- Review POs for accuracy and completeness
- Track and monito orders for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate procurement records
