Position: Tech Support Representative

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity and more.
  • Monitor and mobilize the field team.
  • Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customer where necessary.
  • Might need to work at the help desk to handle customer issues and complaints.
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicate the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably Bachelor Degree in Management or 10+2
  • Basic knowledge of operating a computer is a must.
  • Fresher can apply
  • Male candidates should have a two wheeler license with his own bike.
