- Achieve and monitor primary and secondary sales targets to drive consistent growth
- Control damage and expiry through effective stock management and distributor coordination
- Ensure timely payment collection and claim submission for smooth operations
- Boost focus brand distribution and achieve target performance across territories
- Expand market reach by appointing and developing new DSEs to enhance field productivity
