Food Production Department

Position: Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie (Continental Section)
No. of Vacancy: 1

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Experience: Relevant experience of at least 3-4 years
  • Basic understating of continental cuisine, including sauces, soups, grills and plating styles
  • Knowledge of how to prepare dishes in a timely manner, working efficiently to meet service demands without compromising quality
  • Awareness of cross-contamination risks and taking necessary precautions to avoid it
  • Willingness to follow standard recipes and instructions from senior chefs
  • Flexibility to assist in other kitchen sections when required

Housekeeping Department
Position: Housekeeping Attendant
No. of Vacancy: 1

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in related field
  • Experience: Relevant experience of at least 1-2 years
  • Proficiency in cleaning guest rooms and public areas
  • Restocking housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, linens, towels and amenities
  • Using cleaning products and equipment in a safe and effective manner, following safety protocols
  • Knowledge of guest needs and expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort
  • Knowledge of inventory management to track and recorder cleaning supplies

Front Office Department

Position: Front Office Associate

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years in front office operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of front office operations: check-in/check-out, reservations, billing
  • Customer service excellent and complaint handling

F & B Service Department

Position: Banquet Captain
No. of Vacancy: 1

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Hotel Management
  • Experience: Relevant experience of at least 2-4 years
  • Strong understanding of F&B service standards and sequence of service
  • Awareness of guest handling procedures and complaint resolution
