JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Store Manager
CALMERA is a fashion-forward clothing brand dedicated to creating stylish, comfortable, and high-quality apparel. We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable and energetic Store Manager to handle store operations and order management.
Work Hour: 10 am to 6 pm
Location: Jadibuti, Kathmandu
Minimum Qualification:
- Freshers can apply
- Must have completed +2 (Higher Secondary Level)
- Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree are welcome
- Male candidates, aged 19–27 years, are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare orders quickly and correctly
- Send out deliveries and make sure they arrive on time
- Check in with delivery drivers to keep deliveries running smoothly
- Add orders to the system and keep records up to date
- Manage stock by organizing, updating, and reporting when items are low
- Keep the work area clean and tidy for smooth daily work
- Work with the team to help the store run well
What We’re Looking For:
- Honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software preferred)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and learn on the job
- Punctual and able to work under minimal supervision
