TPM Executive

Position: TPM Executive
Location: Ramgram-11, Nawalparasi

Academic Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Fresher or 1-3 years of relevant experience

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of TPM, kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and reporting skills
• Effective teamwork, communication, time management, accountability, and proactiveness
• Job Description: Define, establish and monitor KPIs and targets for plant, departments and TPM pillars
• Conduct audits to ensure TPM Compliance and recommend corrective actions
• Facilitate Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, track outcomes
• Conduct TPM training and awareness sessions to promote operational excellence
• Review and report TPM progress, providing actionable insights to management
