JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Architectural Draftsperson
Location: Dhulikhel
Job Overview & Specification:
- Prepare architectural drawings, and shop drawings
- Develop plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings
- Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings
- Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments
- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural or related field
- Minimum (2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or other design software is an advantage
- Good understanding of construction detailing and site coordination
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
