Job Overview

The SEO Associate will be responsible for optimising the website to increase visibility, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic across all platforms. The role involves keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, performance monitoring, and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to execute effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimise website content, landing pages, and blogs for on-page SEO.
• Implement off-page SEO strategies such as link-building and outreach.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Track, analyse, and report website performance and ranking improvements.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix site issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry changes.
• Assist in planning and executing SEO-driven marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, BCA, or any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Good communication and content interpretation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
