Position: Pre-School Coordinator

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, or related educational administration
• Out of the total experience, at least 3 years must be in a leadership role as a Head of School or equivalent position

Key Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Sound knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and curriculum planning
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
