Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Narayangadh, Chitwan for a Marketing Officer. The Marketing Officer will conduct market research, develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the sales team to meet organizational goals. The successful candidate will also analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and create campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand presence.
Salary Package
The salary starts from NPR 25,000 to NPR 40,000, depending on qualifications and experience, with the addition of performance-based bonuses. Benefits include lunch and fuel allowances.
Office Hours:
Monday to Friday (5-day/week).
Qualifications
- Strong Local Network in Chitwan with established connections that can facilitate business opportunities and partnerships.
- Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze data to identify opportunities.
- Experience in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to create and execute effective campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to support Sales efforts and develop promotional strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is considered an advantage.
