Position: Assistant Trainee

Overview

• Locations: All Provinces
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream of Management from recognised university with at least 50% or CGPA of 3 out of 4 or 7.5 out of 10.
• Age: Not exceeding 25 years for fresher’s and not exceeding 28 years in case of candidates having at least 10 months of banking experience (commercial and development bank) as on March 9, 2026

Candidates should clearly specify the personal and professional details and name of organization they are working at present and current corporate position. Candidates are not encouraged to apply for more than one position higher than their current corporate position. Education qualification of candidate shall be given secondary importance in case s/he holds considerable years of relevant experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. Bank reserves right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final and binding to the applicants. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification.
