Position: Plant Engineer & Factory Incharge
Location: Godawari, Lalitpur
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee the daily operations of the brewery, ensuring efficient production workflows, compliance with safety regulations, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of production goals
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production activities
- Supervise and manage the brewery staff, including brewers, operators, and maintenance teams
- Manage raw materials, packaging supplies, and other inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of avoid shortages or overstocking

- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory
Requirements:
- Plant Engineering-Mechanical Industrial
- Minimum 5-10 years Experience in related field
