Position: Assistant Manager-Sales (Heavy Equipment)
Location: Itahari
Role: Drive sales of heavy equipment, expand market reach, and manage customer relationships.
What You ” II Do:
- Achieve retail sales targets & monitor performance (Target vs Achievement)
- Manage collections and ensure timely payments
- Conduct market visits, generate inquiries, and follow up on deliveries & tenders
- Gather competitor insights & customer feedback
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in heavy equipment / construction machinery sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Result-oriented with a proactive field approach
- Willingness to travel extensively
