Position: Cluster In-Charge (Sales) – 3
Location: Eastern, Western and Central Nepal

Qualifications | Skills

Bachelor Degree in management or IT from recognized Institution, preferred Master degree completed
In depth knowledge of Internet Service provider (ISP) operations, including standards procedures and reporting is essential
Minimum Three Year experience as regional In-Charge or in Similar position, preferably in the ISP , Telecommunications or Technology industry.
Proven Success in sales management and strong operational skills

Key Responsibilities

Drive and lead cluster level ( multiple branches) sales and growth
Monitor cluster sales performances and KPIs.
Ensure that cluster meets sales target and objectives
Lead, train and motivate cluster sales team
Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Lead cluster level marketing strategies.
Conduct cluster level research on industry trends, competitive product and pricing.
