Position: Area Sales Manager

Sujal Foods, a proud part of Laxmi Group, is looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Area Sales Manager and drive market expansion in key regions.
Territory: Kavrepalanchok, Sindhupalchok, Dolakha & Ramechhap
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop new distributor networks in the assigned regions
- Ensure coverage, market penetration, and sales volume growth
- Manage primary and secondary sales operations
- Develop business plans with distributors and team members• Execute new product launches in the assigned territory
- Build strong partnerships with leading retailers through collaborative business planning
- Plan and implement sales initiatives and market strategies
- Conduct commercial and competitive market analysis
- Lead business team reviews and stock point meetings
- Ensure timely payment collection across the territory
- Report directly to the Sales Head / GM
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales
- Strong experience in sales strategy, business development, and distributor management
- Proven ability in market analysis, competitor research, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, sales reporting, and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Two-wheeler with a valid license required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
