Job Summary
PAC ASIA Nepal is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Assistant to be the first point of contact for our consultancy. The ideal candidate will handle front office operations, assist students and visitors, and support administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors in a professional manner
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  3. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  4. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for counselors
  5. Assist with basic student inquiries and guide them to the relevant department
  6. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents
  7. Maintain records, files, and databases
  8. Support administrative and office tasks as required

Requirements

  1. Plus two or Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing (preferred)
  2. Prior experience in front desk, reception, or customer service is an advantage
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Good command of English and Nepali
  5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  6. Presentable personality with a positive attitude
