Position: Placement Officer
Location: Kathmandu

About the job

KFA Business School is looking for a Placement Officer to support student placements and strengthen connections with industry partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure internships, traineeships, and job placements for students.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
  • Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and employer engagement events.
  • Conduct mock interviews, CV workshops, and employability training sessions.
  • Ensure academic and regulatory compliance with university and MoE guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate placement records and documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Education, Business, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in placement services or academic administration.
  • Strong industry network and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of academic compliance and reporting.
