We are currently seeking passionate, skilled, and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team for the following position:
Position: Finance Manager/Finance Controller
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance within a 4/5 star hotel or similar industry
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (CA/ACCA
Preferred)
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with Nepalese tax regulations, VAT, and statutory requirements
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and detailed P&L analysis
- Manage cash flow, cost control and financial planning
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance
- Strong leadership in managing and guiding the finance team
- Maintain internal controls and ensure financial accuracy and transparency
- Collaborate with departments for budgeting and cost optimization
