Position: Customer Retention Executive
Job Level: Entry

Qualification: SLC Passed/ +2 Completed

Working Hours: 9:30AM – 5:30PM

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer retention through proactive engagement and relationship management
  • Follow up with customers for service renewal and device recovery
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
