Position: Project Coordinator

Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management in public health, community development or related sectors
- Experience working with government health systems, local governments and community-based organizations
- Experience in TB or infectious disease programs will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in supervising teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder programs
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving and decision making abilities
- Experience in monitoring, reporting , and documenting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Commitment to accountability, transparency, and ethical standards
- Sensitivity to gender, social inclusion, and vulnerable populations
