JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position: Admin and Finance Officer
Position Required: 1
Location: Rautahat

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in NGO/INGO sector
  • Strong Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Experience with government regulations, tax compliance, and donor-specific financial and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with donor-specific financial and reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Provide guidance to filed staff on financial procedures and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper safeguarding of financial and administrative records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to work in field settings and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and local languages
