Position: Quality Control/QA

Qualifications | Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC (electronics industry preferred)
- Knowledge of quality standards, audits, and compliance procedures
- Experience in handling warranty claims/RMA is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures
- Conduct inspections, audits, and product testing to ensure compliance
- Handle warranty claims (RMA) including claim generation and settlement with vendors
- Investigate product defects and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor and maintain assembly line quality control processes
- Prepare QC audit reports and ensure adherence to industry standards
