Position: Regional Sales Manager – Kathmandu
Location: Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Expand distribution network by onboarding new distributors and wholesalers
- Lead and manage sales team performance and training
- Oversee daily field operations and market visits
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback
- Build strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
- Ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding dues
- Monitor stock levels at distributor and wholesaler points
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, food, staples, or edible oil industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
