Position: Sales Team Leader

Location: Abukhaireni Damauli
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any management
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in FMCG field respectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and word
- Good in Communication and Command
- Must be familiar with the Sales Software System
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key stakeholders
- Visit the market regularly to collect orders, ensure product visibility, and monitor stock levels
- Ensure proper implementation of Sales Fundamentals, Health & Hygiene and Demand & Supply management
- Assist in executing sales strategies and promotional activities as directed by the supervisor
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation
