Position: Senior Account Assistant-Finance Department

Job Description:
- Handle IPS payment settlements of all banks through proper payment voucher posting
- Perform PDC cheque entry and maintain accurate records in the system
- Process cancellation of post-Dated Cheques (PDC) and updated records in the systems
- Prepare and maintain Corporate Pay IPS payment complied reports
- Record loan and bank interest entries in the accounting systems
- Post internal bank fund transfers through contra vouchers
- Records fund receipts through receipt voucher entries
- Verification of Credit Amount and Stock Amount of Vendor before making any payment
- Maintain and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports
- Verify staff full and final settlement and make journal entries
- Visit bank for cheque clearing related to internal fund transfer and ensure proper follow-up and record updated
Qualification:
- BBS completed
- 1 year of experience
