Position: Human Resource Executive
Location: Pulchowk Jhamsikhel Marg 358, Lalitpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute Training and Development programs
- Organize and lead various Employment Engagement Activities
- Handle Monthly SSD and (PF) processes
- Monitor employee attendance and implement attendance-based salary deductions
- Other HR related works
Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in related field
