Jagdamba Steels Limited is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join the Quality Control team at the CRM Plant.
Position: QC Shift Incharge (CGL)
Location: CRM Plant, Jagdamba Steels Limited Factory (Simara, Bara)
Vacancies: 2
Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of coils
- Verify coating, thickness, width, and other quality parameters
- Identify, record, and analyze product defects
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and shift records
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain product quality throughout the shift
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a relevant technical discipline
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Quality Control within Steel/Manufacturing industries
- Strong understanding of quality inspection and testing procedures
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
