Job Description:
- Manage warehouse operations including receipt, inventory control, and safe handling of finished products to ensure accuracy and prevent damage
- Plan and coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products to customers, distributors, and dealers
- Monitor inventory and dispatch records, ensuring stock accuracy, proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams, providing supervision, training, performance management, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency by implementing SOPs, optimizing resource utilization, controlling logistics costs, and preparing performance reports and KPIs
