Human Resource Department – Up to Senior Officer (1):

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management with exposure to Strategic HR functions such as workforce planning, HR analytics, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of HR governance and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Age not exceeding 40 years.
