Position: Plant Officer
Location: Hydropower Project, Bhojpur, Nepal
Organization: SG Organization
Position Objective
To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and utilization of construction plants and heavy equipment, minimizing downtime and supporting timely project execution.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor construction plants and heavy equipment.
- Plan equipment deployment based on project schedules.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Project, Mechanical, Store, and Procurement teams.
- Supervise plant operators and mechanics.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly plant performance reports.
2. Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field.
3. Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hydropower construction
