IT Officer

Nepal Cancer Hospital & Research Center (NCHRC) Ltd. is the first comprehensive cancer hospital providing international standard cancer care services from its own state-of-the-art hospital located at Harisiddhi, Lalitpur. The NCHRC is seeking applications from dedicated, result oriented, self-driven candidates to fulfill the following positions:

Position: IT Officer (78/082/083)
No. of Vacancy: 1

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Formation Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience IT Support, preferably in a healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain hospital IT systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and address IT needs
• Monitor systems performance and recommend upgrades or improvements
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data availability
• Stay updated on the emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance hospital operations
• Train staff on the sue of IT systems and software as needed
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for IT systems, processes, and processes, and procedures to ensure operational continuity and compliance
