Position: Regional Manager – Service (2W)
Location: Gandaki & Lumbini Zone
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager – Service (2W) to oversee and enhance our service operations across the Gandaki & Lumbini Zone. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, implement service excellence strategies, and ensure efficient coordination with our dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of 2W service centers within the assigned zones
- Monitor and analyze service performance, CSI scores, and service center efficiency
- Build strong relationships with dealers
- Plan and execute service campaigns, training, and service audits
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues
- Identify service process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Frequent field visits to ensure standard service practices and compliance
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations in the automobile industry
- Strong knowledge of 2W service management, CRM tools, and dealer coordination
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Gandaki & Lumbini zones
- Proficiency in reporting, MS Office, and customer handling techniques
