Position: Regional Manager – Service (2W)
Location: Gandaki & Lumbini Zone

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager – Service (2W) to oversee and enhance our service operations across the Gandaki & Lumbini Zone. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, implement service excellence strategies, and ensure efficient coordination with our dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of 2W service centers within the assigned zones
  • Monitor and analyze service performance, CSI scores, and service center efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with dealers
  • Plan and execute service campaigns, training, and service audits
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues
  • Identify service process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
  • Frequent field visits to ensure standard service practices and compliance

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations in the automobile industry
  • Strong knowledge of 2W service management, CRM tools, and dealer coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across Gandaki & Lumbini zones
  • Proficiency in reporting, MS Office, and customer handling techniques
