Position: Store Officer (spares/Allied Parts)
Location: Sunsari, Nepal
We are looking for an experience and proactive Store Manager (Spares/Allied Parts) to lead store operations for our edible oil manufacturing unit, ensuring accurate inventory control, documentation and stock management
Job Specification:
- Manage end-to end store operations for spares, allied parts and consumables at the manufacturing unit
- Oversee receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of materials; maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare and verity GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward movements
- Coordinate with the purchase team on orders and receipts, follow up on pending orders and verify quantify dues and received materials against purchase orders
- Conduct periodic stock counts, and coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to avoid shortages and overstocking
- Implement and monitor store SOPs, safety standards and internal controls
- Supervise and guide store SOPs, safety standards and internal controls
- Supervise and guide store officers and staff; manage material planning and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of work experience, preferably in a store or inventory management role in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally, Swastik and MS Excel for inventory management and reporting
- Strong experience with GRN preparation, stock counts and physical verification
- Working knowledge of spares and allied parts inventory in an industrial or manufacturing setup
- Good leadership, organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills
