Position: Sales Head
Vacancies: 2 (1 Male & 1 Female)
Work Locations:
– Head Office: Samakhusi, Kathmandu
– Branch Office: Bhaktapur
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with management to drive organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or sales management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with excellent team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
