Position: Vice Principal
Educational Background:
- Master’s degree (at least 1st Division) in a relevant field is required;
- MPhil in Educational Leadership is preferred,
- PhD is highly considered
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in school administration, academic coordination, or leadership roles at the school level; Minimum 2 years teaching experience,
- For candidates with a PhD, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in school leadership is required
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership: Strong ability to support the principal in school management and staff leadership,
- Curriculum Oversight: Experience in overseeing and improving curriculum and instructional programs
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students to achieve educational gools,
- English Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills,
- Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and address academic or administrative challenges effectively
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities,
- Professionalism: Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a commitment to the school’s vision and mission
