JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Sales MIS Trainee
Location: Jawalakhel, Lalitpur (Head Office)
We are looking for an analytical and motivated Sales MIS Trainee for a 1-year paid, full-time traineeship
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales attendance, incentives calculations and outlet/bead data management
- Assist with daily secondary sales reporting and performance tracking
- Prepare sales scheme and promotional reports
- Maintain MIS reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with field sales teams and support data analysis & process improvement
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s completed or final semester in BBA, BBIS, BIM, BIT, BCA, BSc CSIT, Statistics, Data Analytics, MIS or related fields
- Strong MS Excel skills required; Power BI is an advantage
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
