Posiiton: Industrial Engineer
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma with 4+ years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen & Root Cause Analysis
- Understanding of production efficiency & KPIs
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze processes to improve productivity, efficiency & cost
- Conduct time studies, work measurement & line balancing
- Develop SOPs, work instructions & process standards
- Monitor OEE, productivity, throughput, yield, scrap & downtime
- Conduct capacity, manpower & resource utilization studies
